At Virginia Internal Medicine, our patients receive top-notch care from our specialized team of internal medicine and geriatric medicine experts. Our patient-centered approach is focused on providing compassionate and personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each individual. Our goal is to reduce the likelihood of rehospitalization by defining healthcare goals for our patients and their families. You can trust us to provide high-quality care that prioritizes your health and well-being.

The how

We prioritize high-quality healthcare services that are also cost-effective. We take pride in our low readmission rates to the hospital, which reflects the proper care and treatment our patients receive during their rehab and nursing home stay, reducing the chances of complications or relapses. Moreover, we believe in minimizing the use of medications per patient to prevent adverse drug reactions and other complications associated with polypharmacy. Our patient-centered approach focuses on providing efficient, high-quality care that promotes better outcomes for our patients. Trust us to provide specialized medical care services for patients in skilled rehab and nursing home facilities. Contact Virginia Internal Medicine today to learn more.
